This documentation addresses one software package among several that are used
to support the
`Environmental Data Governance Initiative <https://envirodatagov.org/>`_
Website Monitoring project. This is in the very early stages of development. At
this stage, the aim of this documentation is to support onboarding new
developers. Contributions are welcome! See the
